Yo** ticket may also be flagged as rejected if you may have already received a resolution in previous responses, as mentioned above, or if we do not discu** what you’re re*uesting as part of the normal l***l of support we p**vide (for example, you might be asking us about a p**motion or a t**al or something we don’t offer.)

话说他之前说过迁移失败的不能退款吗？要是说了也就算了，但反正我是没看到过。
刚才又看了一下，要求退款的工单是被关闭了。但之前迁移一直等待中的那个工单，我*来自己关闭了的，现在又变成了等待中，不知道什么意思。
