– ICANN addre**ed yo** complaint with the registrar DNSPod, Inc. and did not find that the registrar failed to comply with its obligations under the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) and the Tran**er Policy.
The registrar informed ICANN that the tran**er was denied per local laws and regulations. Based on the information p**vided to ICANN, the registrar informed the Registered Name Holder (RNH) of the domain name xxxx.com regarding why the domain name was placed on hold and why the tran**er re*uest was denied. Please review the information p**vided to the RNH regarding the suspension of the reported domain names for f**ther information. You may consider contacting the registrar or the local regulatory **tho**ty that, according to the registrars, re*uested the suspension of the domain name for **** information and specific instructions on how to p**ceed. You may also consider retaining legal counsel to determine what **ghts and remedies are available to you. ICANN’s **tho**ty is limited to the re*uirements set forth in the RAA and ICANN’s Consensus Policies, including the Tran**er Policy, and cannot p**vide legal advice.
