Is IPv6 available?

Are there any other differences be**een o** normal and discounted plans?

Yes, p**ma**ly o** support. It can take s***ral days to resolve certain i**ues, especially i**ues that re*uire complex investigation. Please choose one of the *******s f**m hosthatch.com directly for p**duction usage, with acce** to o** normal support *ueue. O** p**motional *******s are p**vided at near-cost p**cing to fill up exce** capacity.

There is no difference in the *uality of the ******s itself – as we use the same backend, enterp**se hardware and excellent monito**ng for all of o** *******s.

What ne**orks and datacenters do you use?

For Hong Kong, we are multi-homed with **o top tier ne**orks. It’s not Cogent/HE bandwidth, and hence is far **** premium (and expensive).

Will these special plans be available again?

We have limited capacity available, and it is highly unlikely that these will be made available again. We sell out most of o** capacity at o** normal p**cing and p**motions are once an year thing for us. There will be other locations available on Black F**day, but at no point do we plan to sell ******s in Hong Kong p**ced lower than these offers. There will also not be any **aller plans, as we want to maintain the *uality of the *******.
